Foundational Qigong teachings, Practices, and Meditations via online library
Most approaches try to calm the mind first.
But what you’re experiencing is happening in the body.
Qigong offers a body-based way to:
Instead of forcing change…
your body begins to settle naturally.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming back to yourself.
For this first group, this is offered at a founding rate.
No, this is beginner-friendly. You’ll be guided through each practice with clear, simple instruction.
This is body-based, which often feels more accessible. Instead of trying to control your thoughts, we work with breath, attention, and gentle movement.
This space is designed to be simple and supportive. Practices are short, grounded, and meant to meet you where you are.

A bit about me
I work in healthcare and have spent over 15 years working with elite athletes in treatment, rehabilitation, and performance. My relationship with this work didn’t begin because I was burned out. It began because I was curious. As part of my clinical doctorate degree, I wanted to understand breathing physiologically and biomechanically . I was interested in what different disciplines had to say about breath, attention, and internal organization, and how these ideas translated into felt experience.
In 2013, I took my first Qigong class. In that first class, I could feel immediately that nothing was separate... breath, movement, attention, and awareness were part of the same process. Breath wasn’t an afterthought. That experience stayed with me.
Over the years, I took many courses and trainings, eventually becoming a Medical Qigong Practitioner, while continuing to work in demanding healthcare and performance environments. I studied breathing patterns extensively and kept returning to practices rooted in Chinese Medicine because of how directly they engage the body’s innate intelligence.
I practiced many techniques over the years sincerely. But most approaches felt like something I was doing to myself. What drew me back to this work was that it taught me how to stay, how to listen, return, and let the body organize itself when given consistent space.
Much later, I found myself experiencing burnout. I still loved my work, but my body was asking for something different. This practice became the way I learned to tend to myself from the inside, not by fixing, but by building relationship over time. This masterclass comes from that place.
